HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE “ONE-POT-MEAL”

Ingredients
  

A. HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE

  • 1 bottle Dollee Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste
  • 5 cups Rice (washed)
  • 900 ml Water 
  • 3-5 tbsp Oil (optional)
  • 4 pcs Pandan Leaf (optional)

B. AROMATIC GINGER STEAMED CHICKEN 

  • Dollee Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste (to taste) 
  • Chicken (chopped into pieces to cook through)
  • also delicious as a topping for steamed fish

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dollee Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste, Rice, Water & for best taste, Oil & Pandan Leaves in the Rice Cooker/Pot. 
  • Cook rice as normal, stir once when rice is boiling. 
  • Serve hot with Steamed/Roasted Chicken or as a tasty side dish instead of bread or potatoes
