Vegetarian Curry Pita


  • 2 tbsp Dollee Vegetarian Curry Paste
  • 200 g Soaked Dhall or Canned Chickpeas
  • 100 ml Water
  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
  • Vegetables or Tofu of your Choice
  • Pumpkin, Carrot, Broccoli, Eggplant, Cauliflower, Peas, Okra, etc cut to bite size. 


  • Add Dollee Vegetarian Curry Paste to boiling water. Add in Vegetables and cook until softened.
  • Add in Coconut Milk and bring to a boil.
  • Serve hot in pita bread with salad.
