Cook Sushi Rice as per packet instructions
Mix smashed canned sardine with Dollee Sambal Nasi Lemak
In a 1 cup dry measuring cap, layer cucumber, then ¼ compact rice, canned sardine then fill with rice and compress to fit.
Carefully turn the cup upside down onto a plate, lightly tapping the bottom of the cup if necessary. Garnish with a slice of egg and serve.
