Whisk/beat X until light & fluffy (± 10 mins). Separately, whisk Y until well combined.
Fold in Y to X in 2 batches. Do not over mix to prevent deflating of bubbles.
Pour into 2 #x# loaf pans lined with baking paper. Shake & tap lightly to remove any large bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool before turning over cakes onto a flat surface.
Layer the cakes & fill generously in between with Dollee Kaya.
