Stir fry Dollee Assam Seafood Paste with Beef for 10 minutes.
Add water & simmer until beef is tender (about 1 hour)
Add Tomato, Onion, Potato, Peas and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Dish beef into pie dishes & cover with pie pastry.
Eggwash & bake in a preheated oven according to instructions until the crust is golden brown. Serve warm.
