Dollee Meat Curry Paste (Most Suitable with Red Meat)

Dollee Meat Curry Paste combines more aromatic spices for a delicious curry which best compliments the stronger flavour of red meat. Just add your favourite cut of meat, water and coconut milk to enjoy.

Cooking Instructions

Serves: 6-8

Prep. Time: 30 mins


  1. 1 packet Dollee Meat Curry Paste
  2. 600-800ml water
  3. 200ml coconut milk or fresh/low fat milk
  1. Stir fry 1 packet of Dollee Meat curry paste with 1.3kg meat (most suitable with red meat) for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 400-600ml water and simmer until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
  3. Lastly, stir in 200ml coconut milk or fresh/low fat milk. Bring to quick boil and remove from fire. Serve hot with rice or bread.




  1. For best flavour:
    • Simply excellent when meat is simmered and stewed until practically falling apart and deliciously tender to the bite.
    • Also delicious if some potatoes or carrots are added.
    • Tastes best when made with coconut milk with a fat content of 25% or higher. Low fat milk tastes great as a healthier alternative.
    • Serve hot.
  2. Spice Level:
    • for a milder curry, simply add slightly more coconut or fresh/low fat milk than required by the recipe.
